13 miles from Cumberland - appeared dirty - poor value.

This hotel is marketed in the Cumberland area but is 13 miles from Cumberland - front desk staff was terse - could hear the poor couple next store have for 42 seconds - all in all - very disappointing. ...read more

The staff was very friendly and polite.

Toilet leaked around bottom, pervious guest's dirty sock at head of the bed behind mattress, gym equip. Old, and either broken or rusted, gym walls big holes.

It was not worth the money I paid. We were there for my father-in-laws funeral, the problems were brought to staffs at the front desk's attention we checked in on a Thursday, Friday funeral, Saturday checked out and charged. If you use the bathroom the bottoms of your pants got wet, dirty sock at the head of the bed, a gym with holes in the walls, broken equipment or rusted. ...read more

The room with 2 queen-size beds is very spacious. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

No swimming pool for the kids and Continental Breakfast was sparse.
